Send an email within 14 days of receipt to info@01living.nl with your order number and return request.
Confirmation & Logistics
Our concierge team confirms your request and schedules a freight pickup appointment with our specialized furniture courier.
Quality Inspection
Upon arrival at our The Hague warehouse, our specialists inspect the furniture piece for condition and completeness.
Refund
Once approved, your refund is processed within 14 days via your original payment method.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (e.g., via email to info@01living.nl). Following your notification, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us.
